My name is Jason Zhan Jia. I’m a web savvy digital native with over four years experience in the digital marketing / communications industry. I have been widely recognized as an expert in Chinese social media, consumer-generated media (CGM), Internet Word of Mouth (IWOM), digital marketing, viral marketing, interactive communications, online research and market intelligence, China Internet trends and culture, and youth digital lifestyle.
I currently lead the social media practice for Razorfish in the Greater China region. Prior to this, I was an account manager at CIC, an industry-pioneering Internet Word of Mouth research and consulting agency.
In addition to the founder of IN2marcom, I’m also a contributing editor for NeochaEDGE.
I hold a Bachelor Degree (with Honors) from Staffordshire University, where I majored in Business Administration.
